我找到了解决方案！
在我的users / registrations_controller.rb中,我不得不添加以下内容

before_filter :configure_permitted_parameters,if: :devise_controller?

def configure_permitted_parameters
   devise_parameter_sanitizer.for(:sign_up) {|u| 
     u.permit(:email,profile_attributes: [:uname,:manager])}
end
