   /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources/Exceptions.plist)

   1.d) Copy file from Desktop (or wherever else) to
   /System/Library/CoreServices/CoreTypes.bundle/Contents/Resources and
   reboot.
