装了Xml publisher开发工具后一般想在Word里面去用它的插件，第一次加载Template或Data definition 经常会遇到：
Error:the macro cannot be found or has been disabled because of your macro security settings
这个报错是因为你加入了第三方的插件，如果要在Developer mode下工作还得在MSCOMCTL.OCX这个文件注册，所以解决方法是：
用管理员权限运行cmd
