struts的xml文件中提示如下错误：

The file cannot be validated as the XML definition "http://www.opensymphony.com/xwork/xwork-validator-1.0.2.dtd" that is specified as describingthe Syntax of the file cannot be located.

解决办法：将划线的内容改为如下内容：

<!DOCTYPE validators PUBLIC "-//Apache Struts//XWork Validator 1.0.2//EN" 
  "http://struts.apache.org/dtds/xwork-validator-1.0.2.dtd">
