原理：找个xml文件的http://www.springframework.org/schema/beans/spring-beans-2.5.xsd这个字符串

根据这个字符串去找xml-catalog是否有什么指定的这一项，根据这一项找到对应的文件，根据这个文件

里面是一种xml特殊的文件格式，，如<xsd:.. 里面指定我们的xml在某位置能写什么不能写什么

所以根据这个文件，我们就能确定xml能写什么不能写什么，也就是会产生提示了
