解决方案：

之前没有添加，后面的具体1.3.11 就一直在git push heroku master时出现Detected sqlite3 gem which is not supported on Heroku错误

1、bundle install

2、就是要把修改了的Gemfile文件要git add Gemfile

3、git commit -m "update Gemfile"

4、git push heroku master

5、heroku run rake db:migrate --app 应用名称

6、heroku open

基本上可以搞定！！！
