新建控制台项目,添加otlv4.h。
拷贝源码覆盖main函数。编译发现错误:
这是因为sqlite odbc驱动没装。
下载安装驱动:http://www.ch-werner.de/sqliteodbc/
Current version
sqliteodbc.exe (下载这个即可)。64位的OS需要安装64的驱动程序!!!
安装后打开:控制面板-管理工具-数据源(ODBC)。
修改sqlite3的数据库为sqlite3。
修改源代码:

运行成功:
32位电脑上成功运行,
64位电脑安装64位ODBC驱动,调试出错,驱动程序和应用程序之间的体系结构不匹配 。修改源码和win32->x64可成功运行。
但怎样在win32模式下运行呢?如果有人知道请告知,非常感谢。
