背景：年前把codis所在的服务器全部关机，年后重新启动codis，在执行的时候遇到错误：
ResponseError: handle request, slot is not ready, may be offline
且直接查询我想要的键发现数据都不存在。
解决办法：
重新分配槽
1. 先分配槽
2. 使用Migragte Some
