启动数据库报错。
先执行如下命令生成controlfile trace

然后sqlplus 执行control.sql文件，报如下错误：
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-01503: CREATE CONTROLFILE Failed
ORA-12720: operation requires database is in EXCLUSIVE mode
因为是rac环境，所以需要做进一步操作。
alter system set cluster_database=FALSE scope=spfile sid='*';
shutdown immediate;
完成上面两步之后再次执行control.sql
sql> @control ORACLE instance started. 执行：
alter system set cluster_database=true scope=spfile sid='*';
shutdown immediate;
恢复rac环境
然后srvctl start database -d orcl 即可
