环境：PHP + Nginx

错误提示：

Failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream,client: 10.20.81.212,server: ec.firstp2plocal.com,request: "GET / HTTP/1.1",upstream: "fastcgi://127.0.0.1:9000",host: "test.com"

1、错误说明Nginx本身可以接受请求；

2、查看PHP-FPM是否运行正常
