第一种方式：
您必须从packages.ubuntu.com下载dpkg软件包并进行安装.
您必须从packages.ubuntu.com下载dpkg软件包并进行安装.
第二种方式：你必须从packages.ubuntu.com下载dpkg软件包,并在/usr/bin中将它和cp dpkg一起下载
