后来发现是因为通过chattr +i 把/etc/passwd /etc/group /etc/shadow /etc/gshadow锁定了。

解锁后，问题解决。

其实在RPCBIND和NFS-UTILS安装的时候会自动的创建一些用户

所以在安装的时候，需要确保root用户对/etc/passwd /etc/group /etc/shadow /etc/gshadow文件有权限并且这些文件可以修改。
